I had several experiences working with brokers in the past and this one was the most effective and pleasant by far. They delivered exactly what they committed to, there were no "surprises" during the process or at the closing, they are extremely professional, delivered excellent customer service, and were able to get me the best deal and do it fast (not to mention that I was able to get everything done remotely).
